We are proud to announce the groundbreaking Akuakrom Development Project, developed by the Akuakrom Development Partners, LLLP, a visionary initiative that marks not only a milestone for Africa but a history-making achievement for the world. At the helm of this unprecedented endeavor are two extraordinary African American women: Ayana Nkenge Partee, JD, MBA, serving as Executive Director and Michelle F. At the heart of this project lies the people. The Akuakrom Development Project is not about displacing culture and tradition, but its about honoring them. It is about offering every villager:
The Akuakrom Development Project is more than a local investment; it’s a blueprint for climate-conscious, socially equitable urban development. As the world faces mounting challenges from climate change and economic disparity, Akuakrom stands as a beacon of what’s possible when vision, leadership, and partnership align.
Akuakrom’s zero-carbon blueprint will reduce emissions, harness renewable energy, and restore ecosystems.
This project offers measurable social impact and long-term financial resilience.
Proof that ethical, inclusive development can change lives and shape history.
The Akuakrom Development Project is more than construction; it’s an act of restoration, reclamation, and reconciliation. A vision where African American women, African royalty, global investors, local villagers, and international stakeholders unite to build a new future, one that uplifts both people and planet.
Whether you’re a donor, investor, policy advocate, or member of the diaspora—you are invited to be part of the future we’re building.
